Oh man! I voted for food preserves .  I think the stuff in the pack looks cool, but I don't really want lots of laundry all over my Sims 6 floor house.  In TS3, my Sims live in a 1 floor house (on a 60 X 60 lot,) but still, the laundry is easy to locate.  Maybe, they'll just dump it next to their beds, like in TS3, which would solve the problem.

Dare say it will work along the lines of if you do not have a washing machine on the lot no clothes will be generated, which is how it works in TS3 coolsims. So no piles of laundry unless as a player you action it. Also in TS3 placing laundry hampers in each room places the laundry that sims generate automatically in the hampers stopping the need to search for it.

Me too, but all the chatter on the official forum was about laundry so it was easy to guess what would win.  I really wanted to make nectar again.

Thanks a lot Play !  I didn't know that about TS3 --- I'll start putting a hamper in each room.  I'll bet it will work the same way in TS4.

Yip. I miss the nectar too. In TS3 I had excel spreadsheets of possible combos to keep track of what I had tried. No other skill has had such complexity.

I voted for Off the Grid myself, I thought it sounded new and kinda cool.  I'm not upset about laundry winning, it just really wasn't that high on my wishlist. LOL

I think the other two concepts could easily be combined to do an back to basics game pack in my opinion.

Yeah, I think they could.  Maybe they could include a generator, in case some simmers want some electricity, but want to at least turn off the generator at some point to really know what it's like without electricity.  It sounds like a good idea, but my main family has a 6 floor house, and all of their tubs and stuff are upgraded, throughout the house and they're tech gurus/start-up geniuses --- so I don't think that they'd go for it !  Although, it could work for sure at the campground lot in Granite Falls.

This pack sounds as about as much fun as actual laundry day, but only if you have to hand wash everything. I still have nightmares about the laundry piles in The Sims 3. I guess people really can get enough of endless piles of laundry. Personally I play Sims to escape things like laundry day.
