Sims 3 Recently Started Crashing

Hi,
So I got a new laptop and went through the steps with your guys' help to get the Sims 3 to recognize my graphics card and BOOM!  Game was working perfectly fine and I even was able to turn up my graphics and it was working fine for weeks.. until last night. It randomly started crashing after only about 5 minutes of actual gameplay. I have the Crash Debug Mod downloaded and it says it's an insufficient graphics card but.. it's not.. and it had been working fine for weeks like I said.
I've tried clearing my cache, restarting my computer and game, and turning down the graphics.
Please help me!

If you're able to get in-game make sure everything is set to low settings. Make sure the system is staying cool. As Sims, or any game for that matter can make a laptop run hot and stress out both the processor and graphics card.
