Can sims 4 and the exp packs run on windows 10?

I would like to buy a desktop to play my sims 4 and i saw good review about a:

iBUYPOWER Gamer WA583R7 Black Desktop Gaming PC with AMD Eight-Core FX-8320 Vishera Processor, 8GB Memory, 1TB Hard Drive with Windows 10. 

Does anyone know if this is a good pc for beginner gammer?
And does anyone know if windows 10 still giving problems running sims 4?

Am no tech wiz but i would very much like some help and suggestions.

That's a great gaming computer and should run Sims 4 just fine. It shouldn't have any problems running on Windows 10.
