Strange Bug I think with the Emotions

My sim did a successful interrogation but now she has a confident boost +1 that wont go away which is very annoying for when I want to put her into another mood.  I have tried the testingcheats on and sims.remove_all_buffs and that still did not work.  Any ideas on what I can do.

Might be a cache issue so delete the localthumbcache.package file from your The Sims 4 folder and then hop back into your game. If the moodlet is still there try using the sims.remove_all_buffs cheat then.
