Multiple sets of saved data

 Whenever I launch the game, I am faced with one of two different sets of saved games and cannot access the other. This has occurred for several months and is seemingly random which set of data is usable.  I've tried basic things like relaunching, logging out of Origin and back in, and etc. I've also tried some more in depth possible solutions like a factory reset, but I can't seem to quite figure out the real solution.I can't seem to find help with this issue anywhere and thought I'd reach out. Thank you!  😊

It sounds like what you'll want to do is rename your save files so the game can recognize them. See the post linked below for more details.
