[BUG] Doctor - No pregnant sim appears with notification

I was playing with my Doctor Sim today. I haven't delivered a baby yet. There was a task to deliver a baby, saying that a pregnant sim had arrived, yet there was no pregnant sim on the lot. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes it is a known bug.  Open Bug report here (click)

Not much you can do apart from cheat your sim to the next level of their career unfortunately.

You're welcome, sorry I couldn't be more helpful but this bug needs a developers fix. Least you can still progress your sim through the career after getting over this hurdle!

I was or am now having that same problem. She just doesn't show up. Hope they fix it eventually. Until then I'll just have to cheat past it. :/
