My sim is stuck.

Hi again. 1. I am ever thankful for this site. Thank you again for all you guys do.
               2. my mom sim is stuck. She was supposed to go to work but will not move. I tried re-starting the  game and then doing a testing cheats of reset my sim. nothing is working.
