Changing lot sizes?

I want to build a new neighborhood. I was wondering if there was a way to change the size of the empty lots that are already in New Crest. Thank you!

In Sims 4 you can't make a lot bigger. The size is given. If an empty lot fails to meet your needs, you will have to select another lot that's the size you want and demolish the building that currently occupies that desirable location. There are no tools for adding new lots, or changing the size of pre-existing lots, currently available.
