Recommendations for new computer to play sims 4

I want to buy a new computer so I can play Sims 4, but I don't know which one to get. I can't spen more then 650$. Is there any computer you can recommend me?

You didn't specify desktop or laptop. With the budget of $650. it may be harder to find a computer that will run Sims 4 well with out problems such as crashing, lag and other headaches.

It is very strongly recommended to buy a better power supply as the supplies that come with most budget gaming pcs are under powered for actual gaming. This can cause damage to the system due to over-stressing the power supply.
