Sims 4 - I cannot find the phone?

Hi all, I am new to sims 4. I have an issue. I cannot find the phone and therefore, cannot call any services such as maids, nannys or anything what do i do?

Instead of it being at the bottom-right, it's at the bottom-left of the screen, to the left of the Sim's icons/thumbnails. There's a symbol of a phone down there, which will bring up four tabs. The third tab, Household, is where the option to hire services shows up.
