Script mods not showing up in game

Today I downloaded some mods from NRAAS and properly installed them, following a lot of different tutorials to make sure I did it correctly.
The image attached is what I'm not seeing in my game (this is off google images). I don't get that pop up for any of my mods. I checked in-game to see if they were there anyway, and they weren't. Help?

I had the same issue before and it came from resource.cfg. Download resource.cfg from the NRaas website.
