Hi! I'm Ellenser!

Here's a little info about myself! I plan to become either an engineer (chemical or forensic), but have a back up plan of being a math/physics teacher. I love math, physics, dark chocolate with 85%+ cocoa, reading, playing piano, hiking and playing the Sims 3. Lately, most of my free time goes towards the Sims!

My family and I are in love with Scrabble and every time we have a little get together, the game is on! If any of you are wondering, my cousins and I have discovered that searay, jols, smet, nano, laa, ey, and wu are, in fact, not words.  :D

Actually, it's sort of one super-forum that consists of two forums that were fused together through sheer awesomeness.  At least that how I look at it.  :P

Well, whichever is the case, welcome to it, Ellenser!

Welcome Ellenser! My immediate family used to play Scrabble when we were growing up, now we prefer card games and multi-multi-player board games (there are currently 9-11 of us when we all get together and play). Dark chocolate is my husband's guaranteed available treat as I can't stand the stuff - so no threat of me sneaking any. :D I prefer the milky chocolate stuff myself. That reminds me ... *heads off to turn on the water kettle for hot chocolate and grab a brownie from the fridge*

Howdie to all the forum members! My handle is RoninOfRugu, (Ronin Of Ryugu) a carryover from the name I gave my Druid character during my Diablo II excursions. I'm currently in "forced" retirement from several medical issues that have me on SSI Disability, so I have a lot of time on my hands to explore various PC games. I'm not a youngster, I'll turn 60 in July, and I'm female.

I am/was a die-hard Sims and Sims2 player, and couldn't wait to get my hands on Sims3~!! Took me awhile, but I got it installed about a month ago, and have added the Ambitions and Outdoor Living Stuff expansions. Some of it I'm finding a lot of fun, especially all the color matching abilities in the clothes and household items. I think most of the time I play just to build cool homes, but I have to admit to making "the baby's daddy" step up to the plate and marry the unwed mothers, (blame it on my old fashioned morals and upbringing). Plus, it gives me an excuse to throw a wedding party and build them a new home to move to!

I'm loving this website, there has been such a plethora of (well organized~!) helpful hints and tips on traits and rewards, to get my Sim to whatever he/she has picked for a Lifetime Wish, or Career, in a manageable time frame. Kudos to all contributors!

I stopped by today to see if I can find out why when I'm placing new lots, and want to move a character I'm holding on the clipboard onto one, the new lots disappear! I only see them in the original edit/build/buy mode. .. so off to play with your search feature (again).
