Welcome to the forum Qtzlady! Like Louise said, Carl's site is perfect for beginners. He even wrote a special guide for those who are Sims 3 novices. We are also always happy to help solve a problem that Carl's guide doesn't cover as well!

Hi everyone, I don't think I ever posted here (or posted ever?) but I've been playing The Sims since the original was released and lurking here on and off for years. Im trying to be a little more active online since my tendency is to read rather than participate. My play tends to ebb and flow depending on life but I always come back to the game. I'm currently expecting my first baby in October and I'm envisioning some late night Sims sessions (or more lurking/posting here).
