Hi all  :) I didn't know what to do so I figured I'd go here, to the forum I mean. Well, I have a question. Today when I started my Sims, I noticed the white patches(?) on the sides of some of my custom houses...is anybody else getting these and if so how do you get rid of them???

actually im good now Pam..i just redid the town...it was new, i think i figured out what caused it too, im pretty sure it was the free ceiling lights in the misc. buydebug slot. everytime i use those things it happens. either way i aint using em again and thanks for the welcome Louise56 and SimBlip and Pam :D

My name is Mike and I'm a computer tech. My family got our first computer when I was 10 and I have loved them ever sense. By 11 I was already learning to work on them. When we got the computer my cousin gave us a few of his old games that he no longer played. One of those being Sims 1. I skipped Sims 2 and started playing Sims 3 some time ago.

I have been slowly learning to build houses that look like something other than a box thanks to the guides here! Hope to see you all around!

Greetings all! ArchRaiyeh is the name (long story) and The Sims is my obsession! Stumbled across Carl's guide a while back and it saved my hide time and again. Glad to find such a vast forum with many other fellow Sims nuts!  :o

Hello, everyone! I'm a longtime user of Carl's Guide and guest in the forums here, and I decided I wanted to join in on the discussions. I started playing with the original Sims and have played most of the EPs for Sims, Sims 2, and Sims 3. The Guide and this forum has greatly contributed to my knowledge of the game and I hope I can contribute a little to all the great help to be found around here! :)

I love the challenges hosted here, especially the legacy challenges. Pam's Dreamweavers have really inspired me to stick with a family for an extended time, so I hope to join in on those as well!
