Welcome, Efrosin!

I'm glad you joined. Although I'm part of the furniture here, I'm not bragging when I say this is one of the (if not the) best sims 3 community on the world wide web. Enjoy your stay!

I want to welcome all new members I haven't met yet too of course!

Hi all.  I'm Deanna.  I've been playing Sims for ages, starting with the original Sims game.  I took a good long break but recently started Sims 3 with all the expansions.  I've made much use of this site, and it is fabulous.  My thanks to the creators.  I don't know if I'll make much of a contribution on the forums, but I do enjoy reading the conversations.

Hello, my name is Nilla and I live in Sweden. I noticed this forum about a couple of months ago though the guide and have been lurking for a while.

I started playing Sims when the first game was released when I was in high school. I’ve played a lot of other games too but the Sims seems to be something I always return to.

I did a lot of challenges when playing Sims 2 but haven’t done any for Sims 3 yet and this site has a lot of interesting challenge ideas so I look forward to trying out some of them and to meet the people here.

That's right Nilla (nice name btw, does it mean anything special?), it is a total Swedish invasion down here, that even goes into the moderators gang. Am I right Swede? ;) Haha!

Sorry if I answer this Nilla and you wanted to :): It's either a common nickname if your real name's Pernilla or Gunilla, but it is in some cases a name by itself as well. For what it means, I know that Gunilla is the same as 'Gunhild', which is a composite word of two Viking age words (not used anymore) which meant battle/combat/war (the name itself is often modernised to mean shieldmaiden). I don't know so much more.

Hi, I'm Jenny, and I'm from Sydney, Australia. I like to build houses more than play. I've only discovered this game.. 10 months ago? I haven't played heaps due to school, and homework. So.. hi.

Hi and welcome to our Forum, Jenny!  Since you're a builder, have you looked at the building contests and showboat threads?  We've got some members who really enjoy building, too.  I can make do for my families, but I'm not a great architect.  :)

I sure have! Just haven't gotten around posting to any of them. I like building, but mostly they're random shapes from my random imagination.  :(
I never really share them except with my family, who's occasionally hovering near my shoulder.

Hi Jenny, welcome to the forum. Good luck with the building (both contest-wise and family-wise ;)).
