Don't worry Leto, I never understood any computer terms, I just stick to the bare minimums and most of my family and friends know how to work computers, so if I ever get stuck, I could seriously yell and someone can fix it in about two minutes. :)
Haha, Swede, I do believe that made my night even better. :) I always laugh at just about any joke but that one is classic.

Haha, thanks Pam and LivvieLove, but hyperlins, codes, and all stuff that come with it are one of the few things I don´t understand about computers. Mostly I don´t need them with the things I do anyway, so it isn't a big deal though. Mostly I am the person in my family who get the questions about computers, but I have to get used to it that it can differ on this forum. :P

Hey all!

HI, I'm Temples' Mom.
I love this site and have been poking around here for a few days and thought I would join. As a new mom I find it hard to follow the sims3 community but I seem to be on this site a couple times a day now so I think I can do it. I have been playing the Sims since 2003 -ish.
Not sure what else to put so.... Thanks for reading...  ;D

Hi everyone! I've been utilizing the great resources here on the main site for some time now, and I joined so I could participate in challenges and just generally hang out with what seems like a cool bunch of people. I've been playing Sims since the original first came out, though I missed out on almost everything Sims 2 had to offer, and just jumped straight to 3. I'm an avid tabletop roleplayer, and part of the fun of the Sims for me is creating my characters that were powerful priests or heroic swordswomen, and watching them struggle to adapt to a suburban environment. It is sort of like a sitcom to me. I play other games, mostly Dragon Age or Rock Band of late, but Sims is so many games in one, I don't think I will stop playing it until "Sims 4" or something like it comes out. :)

I love this site because I feel it has the informal, friendly, yet informative, style and attitude that hearkens back to earlier years of the internet and gaming fan sites. It's a pleasure to join this fine community!

Ha, ha, welcome AegisArete. Glad you're already enjoying the site.
I've never played D&D, but have heard it's supposed to be fun. :)

Thanks for all the Wellcomes ( in my head I am hearing "Thankyou!" "No... Thank yooouu" "No... really I'm touched" )
Wellcome AegisArete. Neat idea to play like that. In the Sims2 I always made my Elf character with the elf ears. Cool back story to your characters. I am never that creative.
