Hi there, I'm WebbyMom - I think I was a member on this forum quite some time ago, but it must have been quite a looong time ago now, because I had to register again.
Just became a Patron, so figured I'd get back onto the forums as well to see what you all are up to. Just want to say a big thanks to Carl (and Pam) for having the guides sites over the years. I've had it bookmarked for-ev-er, I think, and refer to it often. Popped over to it today to see what you had so far for TS4 Seasons and decided not to ignore the "become a Patron" button this time.
I've been simming since the day TS2 came out. My 4 kids have grown up around me playing sims and some have had their own dips into the simming universe, but none have stuck with it as intensely as I. LOL I'm now 52yo and re-excited about the franchise because of Season, I believe.
I've been a member of forums, a mod of forums, an owner of forums, and an owner of several websites dedicated to the game over the years. "The Sims Daily" is the last forum I owned/co-owned. We've just closed down last month, but have started a Discord channel.
Just so we can stay in touch. I think it's amazing how a game can bring folks together.
Anyway, enough about me - thanks again for all the hard work you put into the guides and the site, Carl! I've sure always appreciated it immensely!
