Hi Wild! Im a homeschooling mom too (just starting out this year)  my daughter wanted sims for her birthday last year and now I play it more than anyone! I just got showtime and am playing a singer. We have Pets on xbox and sims 3 on wii. My PC game is my  newest version, I'm looking forward to all the expansions!

Hello. I'm hilldill. I guess you could say I'm fairly new to the Sims series. In 2001 , I played the original Sims at a friend's house and  liked it. I also bought the Sims app from the App store when I got my Ipod touch a couple of years ago. I recently got a better computer and finally was able to purchase Sims 3. I have been lurking around here trying to get tips on how to play the game better. I'll try to post as as often as I can.

Hi there, my real life name is Sean and I've been playing Sims since 2003.

I love all three games and often hop between them but I think gameplay wise Sims 3 wins out!

Also I love acting and would like to work on setting myself up properly on YouTube after I move house in a weeks time.

Been a long time viewer of Carls Sims 3 but never really signed up... well theres always time eh.

Hi, I too have been a long-time lurker (both here and on the official site) but wanted to start contributing and helping out since I actually know quite a bit about the game. Not as much as some others here but a fair amount

I've been playing all the games since they came out, tho I was a slightly late to start (I started when Living Large came out) but I've owned all the EPs and SPs since.... Except the newest 2 SPs which I'm waiting until I can get them cheaper. 

Like I said I know quite a bit about Sims, I was acrually the resident expert when I worked for Geek Squad (a computer repair service in an electronic store... although I wouldn't recommend them).

I'm excited to be part of such a nice and helpful forum and I hope I can be of some help to others here

Hi there,

I'm really lousy at introductions so I'll keep it brief.

I've been lurking for a couple of months now, ever since I got Sims3. I now have the Pets and Supernatural EPs and am mildly obsessed with the game.
As for my personality, I'm 26, animal-mad and have a slightly warped sense of humour. I live in South Africa; read a lot, write a lot more, and have a wide range of hobbies from gardening to embroidery and of course, the Sims.

I love this site and Carl's guide, and have used both extensively since I got the game.

I do have one question though. I've looked over the forum for a space where people can post their challenge ideas, and either I've missed it or it's not allowed? I don't want to post it if it's not allowed, nor do I wish to make work for the moderators by posting it in the wrong place if it is allowed. Would someone be able to let me know where I can post my idea or if it's not allowed, who I can PM about maybe getting it posted somewhere?

Thanks very much and I look forward to getting more involved in the sims community.
