Hello!

I'm Isa. :) I've been using Carl's Guides since I had a fishing question right after I bought the game and I've frequently checked back on them since. I started reading an Immortal Dynasty that was being posted on boolProp and I just couldn't get the idea out of my head to do one, even though at the time I had two active legacies. Well one of my legacies is just about over (technically it is over, but I want to finish the story on it) so I felt it was time to give in to my desire to learn more about the Dynasty challenge and maybe start one. :)

After popping on here almost daily and reading a bit of people's dynasties and familiarizing myself with the rules, I decided to join the site and shortly thereafter I did start my own dynasty! Which happens to be going very well. Two immortals down, six more to go.

What drew me the most to this site is how polite everyone is here. I love the comraderie and I love that everyone is so respectful. I've been a part of sites in the past where I was afraid to comment because people were mean (they probably had the mean-spirited trait, could they really help it?). This is a nice change!

In the rules it mentioned that there was a spell check on the site- I haven't been able to find it thus far (I'm not the most forum savvy gal around) so I apologize for any and all errors and typos that I make until I find the button! I'm trying to be careful, I promise. :)

Welcome Isa. We went to a new forum not long ago and we lost the spellcheck, however, most browsers should have an inbuilt spellcheck (I know for sure that Firefox does) and should underline incorrect words.

Hi!  My name is Kim, I live in Daytona Beach FL and have been lurking for quite some time.  A little while back, I began reading the legacy/dynasty stories and got hooked...so much talent in this forum.  Eventually, I might join the storytelling ranks here, if I work up the nerve and the patience.

I play Sims 3 with WA, High End Loft Stuff, Ambitions, Late Night and Showtime.

In real life, I love to garden, cook, play this game and travel (not necessarily in that order).  A great meal, the smell of Blue Pearl sandalwood incense, a nice breeze, good music and LAUGHTER turn me on.

I'm older (46) than the average player, wiser, stronger... 

Hmmm.   

I'm older.

Nice to peek out from lurker's corner to meet and greet all of you.   :)
