Hi everyone,
After playing Sims2 for a substantial part of my young teen years, I bought sims 3 a few months ago and am loving it more than ever! I've also been lurking on the forums since then, enjoying all the stories and dynasties 
Currently I'm getting frustrated by my university exams leaving me no leisure time at all - looking forward to the summer for some proper game time, and I've got some ideas for my Immortal Dynasty when I eventually have time.

um...hello. As I can't seem to edit my profile, I'll just thrown in some stuff here.

I go by Yu, and I just got a bunch of the new expansions. for the longest time I was happy with ambitions, and I'm completely lost on where to begin I've been lurking on this forum though, doing challenges for kicks, and as much as I want to join building contests, the new content is overwhelming

also I'm a techie, so I'll give help when I can.

You may have already moved beyond this in your study of the game so far, but here's a brief article on how to play the game.  Even if you already know about other stuff, I'd stick to learning the ropes on the topics in this article first because they'll be relevant everywhere else you turn within the game as well.

Hi, I just joined yesterday. My name is Natalya and I got TS3 after my best friend begged me to. I love it! I've been playing for about a month or two. I joined here cause I was an unregistered newbie who looked at the challenges.

Hi! I would've introduced myself earlier but I didn't know this thread exsisted! My name's Phoebe, but I prefer to be called by nicknames because it just gets tiring to correct people's spellings of it! One of my first memories was my older sister getting The Sims 1 and playing it on the massive computer in the hall, so I've grown up with Sims. I joined because I was finally running out of Sims ideas and wanted to try some of the challenges. I'm so glad to find a forum filled to the brim with lovely people!
