Warm welcome to everyone that has joined and introduced themselves in the past, oh I don't know, 10-15 pages since my last welcome post. :P  I hope you all come to enjoy and love our little corner of the internet as much as we all do!
You've played too much TS3 when ... your 13 month old's babble sounds like Simlish!

Hello all.

I've played the Sims off and on for a little bit since Sims 2.  But after I found the Sims online community I've been very impressed with the camaraderie and friendly disposition of everyone.  I am what many would classify as a hardcore gamer; I am even employed in the industry.  But the kind of personality which many in that online community tend to embrace really rubs me the wrong way.

In short, of all the games I've played I haven't seen players more warm, friendly, helpful and accepting than with the Sims.

And the tournaments have really pulled me in to the game like never before, I find myself playing quite a bit more often when I have these specific goals in mind.  I haven't recorded a score yet, but I probably will in the near future.  I do have an Immortal Dynasty in the works and plan on posting the first chapter soon.

You all are great, and I look forward to spending a lot more time in your forums.

Hello, I'm Dann

I am a guy, but prefer to use women as my avatar, simply because I personally feel that the girls have more choice as far as clothing and hairstyles go, and they look alot more realistic than the men.

Anyway, I have loved 'The Sims' ever since I bought the first game on the playstation 2, I recently switched from console to PC, and I'm finding it alot better.

I've used this site for months now, the guide was my main purpose, but now I want to get involved on the forums, so I've decided to introduce myself to all you lovely people.

Thanks for reading, Dann.
