Welcome imaGleek! :D

What you do is, click on the profile tab at the top of the page, which takes you to your profile. Then on the left hand side of the page, under the bit that says 'Modify Profile' you click on 'Forum Profile Information' and it takes you to a page where you can either select a pre-made picture from the drop-down menu, link to a picture via URL or upload one from your own computer. Hope I helped. :)

Hi Gleek! (Is that okay to call you that?) The Blue Bar above the Green Bar, Click Profile, Then on the left under Modify Profile select Forum Profile Information. Then you can click on Browse to go into your Documents to choose an Image.

EDIT: Fez beat me.  ;)
