Hello, everyone.  :) Long-time lurker, first-time poster here. The guide and forums have been invaluable to me, so I thought I'd start by thanking Carl and Pam for their research and advice; the moderators for keeping this place so tidy & welcoming (you must all have the "Perfectionist" and "Friendly" traits); and the dynasty story writers for eating up so much of my time when I really should be getting things accomplished.

Hi! I'm a little late (already did a LOT of posting, home requests and whatnot) but I'm still new enough that I have time to still say hello. Hi everyone! I can't wait to get farther into this forum. For now, just call on me for any modern homes/lots you need! You can check out my previous homes at the Building and Constructions Requests thread. Hey guys I'm taking an extended hiatus... again. I'm out of ideas to build houses and I don't have as much fun designing homes like I used to; it feels more like a chore. So that's where I'll be, I will probably be back sometime. :P
