Hi everyone!
You guys seem like a friendly bunch of simmers, and I've been a big fan of Carl's guide for a long time, so I thought I'd take the plunge and join.
I'm 24 and I've been playing some form of The Sims since the game first came out when I was 12. Oh wow, I just realized that I've been simming for half of my lifetime. I don't know if that's a good thing or just sad, haha! Anyway, I'm in grad school, so my time to play is limited, but thankfully I have only two weeks left in this semester. Oh, and I'm having surgery at the beginning of May, so I plan to play a lot then when I'm stuck in bed all day recovering. Let's see... other than TS3, I love NCIS, anything related to Disney, be it parks, movies, or random bits of trivia, all animals, but especially bunnies and ducks, and books.
If you're wondering about my handle, I used to play the flute (my undergrad degree is in music) and when I was in high school, our flute section in band was known as "The Flootie Beauties" since we were the only all-female section. It seems silly to me now, especially since I haven't played in 2 years, but I like to be consistent.
I look forward to getting to know all of you! Yay sims!
Christine
