I have no problem with the spreadsheet. It is set to read only so you do have to download/save a copy first to use.

Rachel, you need to go to File in the upper left corner, click there.
Then go to either make a copy or download a copy.
Then you can type in the numbers.

Same-sex marriages are okay.
Whether you marry off every unmarried Sim in a household or change to a different household is entirely up to you.

I downloaded the spreadsheet yesterday, and I believe Wednesday is spelled wrong in the scoring formula. It's the only day of the week that doesn't seem to work.
