Wow, what's with Summer and Tamari!  I guess nobody can resist that guy.
I love Yuki coming in to serenade the table for a better review.  Couple of jerks that they refused.  Look at that face, guys.  How could you?

I also laughed at Shota's Paragon outfit.  I wasn't aware of the pink thing either.  I've never played with that club (or any, outside of my own, actually).  Sheesh, they could have just changed the shirt and not the entire outfit, that might have at least looked better.  Well, actually, I don't know if that's true.  I'm trying to think back to Shota's usual outfit but every time I try I can only visualize him in his athletic wear.  Just kidding, I do know what he wears (but only because of the birthday shot).   So Happy Birthday, Shota.

Congrats to Murasaki as well, and everyone, I suppose, on the sale of the restaurant.  Well done.

Summer, it's to protect you.  Clearly you're very important, and nobody wants to take any risks.  So shh.  Just keep dancing back there where we can't see you and don't worry about a thing.

Niche Nerds in Newcrest: Week 3 chez Selene Sciarri, Part I
« Reply #121 on: February 19, 2017, 04:55:09 AM »
@Alex   Poor Tamari, such a sensitive soul! Way too sensitive to be repairing plumbing or other grunt work! I think he might miss working in that café!

@MarianT   Thank you so much for explaining the mystery behind Shota's weird clothing.  The hat was such an odd touch! I've since made him a second everyday outfit with a pink top and socks--I'm curious if he'll switch to that or back to the purple sneakers.
How did you ever figure out that the Paragons wear pink?
As for Summer, I might have found her more useful in a different, smaller household.

@PeregrineTook  Surely, Summer would fare better on the romantic front if she made informed choices. As it were, Tamari is too young (he's still in high school) and the vampire Caleb Vatore is too married. o.O
And I decided today what the theme of Murasaki's restaurant will be! I can't wait to see how it turns out.

@wfgodot  Summer is being a real stalker about Tamari. I can't leave her in the restaurant or she's constantly following him around, wanting to take a picture together, and so on. And now, of course, she jogs by the Sciarri home every couple of hours. She's so weird.
I hadn't realized I've shown so few shots of Shota's everyday outfit since that's what I usually see him in while I'm playing. I actually quite love his everyday outfit, but he of course wore the butler outfit at work and his sportswear for jogging. I'm also a fan of his swimwear…
Thank you for straightening Summer out about that shot at Pan Europa! She's starting to see conspiracy theories everywhere these days!

Week 3 chez Selene Sciarri, Part I

Sunday

Selene: Caleb says he's going out tonight for research, so I stop by the Mori residence again but no one's at home.
I'll find that blond homewrecker and wring her neck. Or better yet, maybe I'll turn her! Hmmmm…..now that's an idea.
But I don't really want someone like that as my offspring...that could tarnish my image!

Selene: Ahh, my love, you have returned! How did your research go?
Caleb: Um, erm, I discovered that you and I must think very carefully when choosing our son Massimo's bride!

Selene: By the way, I received a phone call saying that you were shaking your tail feather tonight at Discotheque Pan…
Caleb: Forget, my darling. Forget and forgive! You remember nothing, nothing, nothing…
Anyway, it was just a bit of harmless fun, darling.

Massimo: Rawwwrrr. Hiiisssss!
Yes, yes, we know that you're a vampire now, but you need to finish the Nerd Brain aspiration first.
So glue your little bottom onto that chair and read your three skill books, you hear?

Lilith: I actually started out with the Vampire Family aspiration.
But since Selene is doing Vampire Family, she has me switch to Master Vampire instead.
With the toddlers, I've put off my "Defeat 3 vampires in combat" goal, but I see one of Selene's offspring nearby!
I ask Yasmin to do a "Vampire Spar" with me, which is a friendly social.

Yasmin: I'm so going to win this!

Yasmin Maybe not…

Lilith: Definitely not…

Lilith: Thanks for sparring with me, Yasmin. I appreciate it. Wanna go another round?
Yasmin: Sure. Let's make it quick, though, before it gets too light out!

Yumiko: *makes an incoherent shout before transforming to bat form and going somewhere to do something unproductive and meaningless
Watchette: Yumiko, you get back here right now! *cancels Yumiko's action

Out of sheer habit, I prepare for Massimo to read skill books on Handiness, Rocket Science, and Fitness.
Then I remember he's a vampire and replace Fitness with the Encyclopedia Vampirica.

Massimo: Reaching Level 4 Vampire Lore teaches me to quench my thirst using plasma packs.
At that point, with an irresistible smirk, I start reading about Rocket Science.

Ilaria: I ask Papa to read me a bedtime story because I'm so sad!
Not only did Massimo age up without me, but I also don’t think I'll be a Top-Notch Toddler!
I'm independent, but I'm going to ask Papa to help me skill when I wake up later. *sighs

Laszlo: I'm also independent. In fact, I crawled up to the second floor balcony myself to chat with Uncle Caleb.

Candy: Hey!
Summer: Hey, Candy! What's going on?
Candy: Well I noticed that Shota gets more screen time by visiting other neighborhoods during our off weeks.
So I thought I'd take a walk to show off my new everyday outfit. What do you think?
Summer: Oh, I like it--you're in purple now like Shota! I got a new athletic outfit, too!

Candy: Oh Summer, when will you learn? Shame on you, jogging by that vampire Caleb's house like a lovesick stalker!
Summer: Oh, is this his house? I didn't even notice!
Candy: Uh huh, right. I'm sure everyone believes you... (I wonder if Caleb's wife ever figured out that I'm the one who phoned her...)

While I was away, the adorable Ilaria put on considerable weight… *frowns

Lilith: As soon as he's done with his three books, I begin mentoring Massimo in logic.
Before I start, though, I phone Vlad to invite him over. Laszlo's been wanting to see him.

Lilith: Although it's too early to tell, Laszlo resembles his father very strongly at this age.
Vladislaus: Yes, I see the similarities in our foreheads and chins, but he doesn't have my nose.
Their chins!  ;D

Selene: Someone holds Massimo's hand almost every step of the way so far. I hope he appreciates how we've all prepared ourselves to support him!
Yumiko, thank you for being Massimo's Handiness mentor while he crafts a sculpture then repairs a radio.

Diego: What, Lilith? You need to defeat one more vampire in combat?
Well, you may certainly try to defeat me, my dear, but you won't…ouch!

Massimo: Thanks to all the mentoring, I'll soon need to upgrade or launch a rocket ship 5 times.
Caleb: Oh right, the rocket ship! We should have started soon after nightfall!

Lilith: Who taught you to hold your pinky finger like that while moving chess pieces! I know you didn't learn it from me!

Monday

Caleb: It's just past midnight when Yumiko comes out to help me build a rocket ship.
It's strange enough that I, Caleb Vatore, am building a rocket ship, but I also feel inappropriately dressed for such an activity!
Yumiko and I alone will take too long, however, so I enlist the aid of some random townie who happens to be walking by.

After we're done with this rocket, I need to find a different hobby that better suits my wardrobe! I don't know...maybe a musical instrument?

Author's Notes

Nothing really happened: Oops, a whole chapter of the Sciarri household doing nothing in particular!
In my defense, because I didn't play-test vampires before starting this challenge, everything about vampires is still very new, sparkly, and mysterious…every little thing.

Aspirations: Selene completed her Vampire Family aspiration during Week 2 and Lilith completed Master Vampire soon after sparring with Diego.
Our Good Vampire, Caleb, still needs to go 14 days of not drinking without permission for 14 consecutive days.
Unless the game counts even days when the Sciarris aren't the active household, Caleb can't finish his aspiration before Massimo moves out.
In that case, none of the Sciarri heirs will choose the Good Vampire aspiration, either.

Ilarian's weight gain: I'm shocked that Ilaria got so chubby while I was gone. Perhaps I'll have her dance non-stop until her birthday.
As we all know, weight is always easier to gain than to lose…

Coming next: The birthdays of Ilaria and Laszlo

Ilaria's sudden weight gain is odd. Can toddlers hang out in San Myshuno by themselves and eat festival food? ??? Laszlo's chin is very, um, unique on a toddler ;D I thought the toddlers mostly looked pretty much the same, but apparently not.

Massimo's Rawwwrrr. Hiiisssss! face is possibly a bit more adorable and a bit less terrifying than he was hoping for, bless him.

And I'm interested  -- the vampire stuff is all new and shiny and sparkly to me too.

Ilaria's still adorable, weight or no.
I imagine Yumiko's flightiness (literally, because bat) is hilarious to read, but probably a nightmare to play.  Thanks for bringing her humor through the story  :=)
I so enjoy the bloodline crossovers!  Candy catching Summer in jog-by stalking mode was rather outstanding!

Selene is really out for blood.  Or plasma.  It's so funny watching your sims react to being caught in silly situations when you're not playing them.
Yumiko and her bat form.  She seems to have a little of Summer in her.
Laszlo's chin is very impressive for a toddler.  As for Ilaria, I didn't even realize toddlers could get bigger.  I never would have even noticed if you hadn't pointed it out (and still can barely tell).
I love the shot of Massimo playing chess :)

That's a bummer about Caleb's aspiration.  I think?  I need to look at the rules.  Does he have to finish the aspiration?  If Massimo moves out, then you go on with him, right?

Niche Nerds in Newcrest: Week 3 chez Selene Sciarri, Part II (02/19)
« Reply #125 on: February 20, 2017, 01:49:12 AM »
@Alex  I have no idea how Ilaria gained weight since both her parents aren't chubby. Her father is  very slender, even. I agree--Laszlo has to be the most distinctly different toddler I've ever seen. When he's a child, do you think Laszlo still resembles his father?
Massimo is disappointed to learn that he didn't make your hair stand on end!

@PeregrineTook  Yumiko is constantly flitting off when her action queue empties.
She has max Gardening and Handiness, though, so I cut her a lot of slack. Sometimes I think I should give my sims more free time but, hey, they have two free weeks every cycle to do whatever they want! Yumiko chooses to fish and sizzle under the sun.  Whenever I hear an incoherent shout, though, I know she's up to no good!
Suddenly this week, everyone is all over the vampires, lol. I've never attempted rotational play like this, so I'm also enjoying the random visits. I'd changed Candy's outfit before switching household so I'm glad she passed by to flaunt it.

@wfgodot   As for Selene being out for blood, I sometimes feel like I should make the vampires act edgier and scary, but I don't really enjoy playing mean, horrific sims.  Also, the sim she's angry about is Summer so it's almost like two birds with one stone, lol.
Rotational play has been a lot more fun that I'd imagined. It's such a laugh to return to a family and check all their relationship panels. It's surprising who they choose to befriend or despise.
Caleb not being able to finish his vampire aspiration doesn't make me fail any challenge requirements, since only the founders and heirs have requirements. It does suggest that none of my vampire heirs should ever choose the Good Vampire aspiration because, unless days away are counted toward the goal, an heir would take forever to move out, like 2 weeks after reaching the aspiration's fourth tier.

Week 3 with Selene Sciarri, Part II

Monday

Ilaria: Here I am twirling with my ever-so-cool Papa!
At 4:30 am, he receives my birthday notice but I'm trying to max my final skill, Movement.
Diego: Yes, Ilaria has certainly put on weight.
It's alarming that two hours of dancing hasn't put a dent in that tummy!

Selene: I hear that both the other founders have reached Level 9 in their careers, while I'm only a Level 6 Scientist!
To earn promotions faster, I've started working on my charisma.
Strangely, I can still level charisma, even though my reflection no longer appears in the mirror!

Yumiko: Scratch that! I'm Level 7 now and I'm going to catch up or bust!
Now for two more breakthroughs before my pre-work massage…

Yumiko: Once we finish building the rocket, it's grown light out so I'll need to return indoors.
Caleb: I try to invite our random townie to help me with the second upgrade, but I don't get that option.
Yumiko: Maybe if I introduce myself to him first, I'll be able to invite him to help upgrade…

Travis?! Is that you? Why are you even in this neighborhood, anyway? You should be home sleeping.

Selene: Who is this ignorant human who brazenly walks into our house, uninvited?
Yumiko: Sorry, Selene, I introduced myself to him because we wanted his help to upgrade the rocket ship, but it didn't work.
Selene: So now he can just breeze into our home? Is he unaware of the dangers?
Yumiko: Apparently, yes. Obviously, not.

Laszlo: *shows toy to Travis
Vladislaus: My little Laszlo, I have returned! Who is that human chatting with my son?
Diego: Right? He's so oblivious! The only reason he's safe is that we're so busy with our toddlers at the moment!

Vladislaus: Did you not recognize him as one of the humans from the Mori household?
Caleb: And he simply waltzes into our home all alone? What an idiot!
Travis: Listen, dude. I helped with the rocket ship, so there's no need to insult me!

Diego: You think he's related to your blond stalker, Caleb?
Travis: Related to Summer? That's really the last straw! What a low blow! I believe I'll escort myself out!

Laszlo: When I'm older, human, I'll grant you the honor of serving as one of my feeders…

Caleb: I've been fertilizing and evolving our orchard of plasmafruit trees, though quality plasmafruit seems to offer little benefit.
Oh well, gardening is not a bad hobby for a gentleman vampire such as I, except for my damp hems.

Caleb: But surely, a handsome vampire like myself can find a more screenshot-worthy pastime.
Also, I deeply regret that I have only one child.  *ponders sadly

Caleb: Watchette, this is not what I meant about a more photogenic hobby!
But being the first vampire in outer space is not all bad, except for the baggy spacesuit.

One small step for a vampire, one great leap for vampirekind!
(Also, I won't be able to help Massimo with rocket upgrades without learning more about Rocket Science.)

Ilaria: Not too long after our Founder leaves for work, I max my final skill (Movement).
Papa immediately lights the birthday candles and helps me age up.

I'm sorry this is not a good post-birthday look at me, but I'm stuck with bad hair and ugly pink boots!
Please wait until the Founder gets home, when I can visit the dresser!

Caleb: I don't understand why Laszlo and Vladislaus aren't friends, Lilith. They spend so much time together.
Lilith: Vlad has the Evil trait. Whenever he and Laszlo start getting along, he says or does something that his son dislikes.
Caleb: Awww, that's too bad!

The sight of Vladislaus playing with Laszlo never fails to entertain me.
While I muse over Vlad's unexpected paternal devotion, it dawns on me that he suffers from the baby-daddy-never-leaves syndrome.
Oh well, Laszlo has greatly benefited from this glitch (serves those deadbeat baby daddies right!).
While Lilith mentors Massimo, Vlad nearly single-handedly trains Laszlo to Top-Notch Toddler.

Massimo: Back from my first day of high school with a B grade and looking good!
Another teen sim enamored of his own awesomeness…Indulge yourself, Massimo! Today, you deserve it!

Selene: Nice! My elements finally arrived. Now I can make a wormhole generator.

Yumiko: You went to work today in your dark form?
Selene: You got a problem with that?
Yumiko: I don't know. Ever since that sim from the Mori house tried hitting on Caleb, you've been…different.

Lilith: What's going on with Laszlo? His Communication skill is at 334%!
Vladislaus: I have no idea what's happening. But all we can do is wait it out, I guess.

Ilaria: Now that Auntie Sciarri is back from work, I get a makeover.
Would you mind waiting to see my everyday outfit?
Auntie Lilith is mentoring me and I want to reach Level 7 Mental before her son Laszlo's birthday!

Massimo: I bet you thought this was simply another shot showcasing my glory. No, it's not!
Here I am in my dark form, preparing to learn the Gardening skill.
I'll need at least Level 5 to graft plants for the garden requirement, so I've joined the Manual Labor career, too.

Selene: Diego is really on the ball. He's already painted two portraits of Massimo for the museum.
When he painted my two portraits our first week, they were only worth $722.
But now Diego has almost maxed the Painting skill and Massimo's two portraits are worth $2,643.

Diego: For my work-from-home assignment, I need to review a performance so we all head for San Myshuno after nightfall.
While I critique someone busking in Spice Market, everyone finds something to do.
Caleb and Vladislaus play basketball, Ilaria plays on the monkey bars, Massimo reads up on vampire lore, and so on.

Caleb: Out of the corner of my eye, I'm shocked to see Massimo being consumed by a blue octopus or something.
What is going on with Massimo and what's with the bubbles?

Diego: Belatedly, I double-check my assignment to see that I should have reviewed a performance in the Arts Quarter, not Spice Market.
It's quite late, but we all travel there so I can complete my task. Sheesh!
Oh hey, isn't that Sophie Bjergsen?

Tuesday

Lilith: I get Laszlo's birthday notice in the morning.
Since I'm mentoring Ilaria at the time, her mother Yumiko helps Laszlo age up.

Laszlo: I have an extremely small window of time for a makeover, between Auntie Selene's massage and her departure for work.
And when Ilaria returns home from school, we take a picture together!

I'm really surprised how Laszlo turned out. He has really beautiful eyes! Of course, we already knew that Ilaria would be adorable…

Lilith: Here's a close-up of my son. He has his father's deep-set, grey eyes and my rosebud-like lips.
I almost hope now that he doesn't get Vlad's nose on his teen birthday!

Massimo: Farewell, I leave now to risk life and limb on five missions to outer space.
Maybe I'll even be able to finish Nerd Brain tomorrow!

And that's the last we see of toddlers in this challenge until the Gen2 heirs move out and start families of their own!

Oh right!!!  You know its funny, I actually forgot Caleb wasn't a founder or heir.  rofl.... I truly think that's hilarious.

Oh nice, a visit from Travis.  Oh these sims.
I love Caleb throwing in the bit about helping Massimo with the rocket at the last second - after all the grandness of being the first vampire in space.
Sheesh, I hope this baby daddy bug sticks around until my own gen 7-8.  I could really use a guy who autonomously deals with the toddler AND gets them top notch.

The heck is that on that park bench.  Your game is certainly having a lot of interesting things happen.  Kind of creepy...
Laszlo is really interesting looking!!  Now I can't wait to see him as a teen.

Wow, Lazlo's really growing into his face!
Travis' random house visit was rather entertaining.  How kind of Lazlo to offer him a role as part of his future food supply.  Funny stuff!
Ilaria is such a cutie pie!

Wow! Way to go, Laszlo! Nice work making the absolute best of your genetics. You're downright cute! I'll keep my fingers crossed about your nose. Had to laugh about Lilith making excuses about not being the one to take him to his birthday cake. Sure, Lilith. You were busy. :P

Ilaria is lovely, of course. I mean, look at her parents!

While it may not have been your intention to showcase Massimo's glory with that dark-form gardening shot, it was quite beautifully showcased. Mmm mm mmmm. The portraits are wonderful, also.

Is there an explanation for the terrifying bench-tentacles attempting to devour Massimo?  Because . . . agh! I'm steering clear of the Spice Market for awhile until that's cleared up. Yikes!

I keep forgetting who the founders/heirs are, too. So many sims! I actually didn't even realise that Vlad wasn't part of this household until it was mentioned that he's not supposed to be around all the time. How do you manage, Oshizu, with so many full houses?

Nice job on the portraits!

Best of luck to Massimo on those space missions! :) It's great to see how much progress has been made for this family.

@wfgodot
There's a bit of imbalance regarding whose screenshots appear more often than others. In every household, both the heirs and money-makers appear less because they are grinding skills/aspirations or glued to an easel/computer/garden. So you see a lot of Caleb, for example, because (1) Selene works at her career and aspiration, (2) the heir's busy with everything, and (3) Caleb's the founder's jobless spouse who is cute, does yoga, and jogs. Just remember, a premade sim will never be a founder/heir.
And yeah, I have no idea what the blue-octopus thing was, either. So weird, I agree!
Caleb and his rocket missions--he's very fun to play and write exactly because he has no requirements and he's not constantly shouting then changing into a bat.

@PeregrineTook
For some reason, the Mori household can't stay away from the vampires in Week 3. They can be seen walking by all the time. Akiko Faust gets around--she's the only sim from the Benjaminz that I noticed in the hood.  Like you, I'm super curious about what Laszlo will look like as a teen. And yeah, Travis strolling into the house--what was he thinking?

@MarianT
Haha, Tamari and Massimo are constantly being proud of themselves. Poor Murasaki--she might have done likewise if she hadn't been pressing to produce those bestsellers. No sitting around feeling proud for her! Also, I have another question about club uniforms in this chapter that I'm desperately hoping you can answer. *grins cheesily

@FrancescaFiori
In Lilith's defense, she is the Sciarri household's sole Logic mentor. So she mentored Massimo to Level 10 for Nerd Brain, then mentored both Ilaria and Laszlo for Whiz Kid.  For five sim-days, she constantly stood by the chess table, lol. So while she was mentoring Ilaria for Whiz Kid, Ilaria's mother aged up Laszlo in exchange. Fair deal!
What was that weird blue thing enveloping Massimo on the bench? I thought I was hallucinating and there was a glug, glug, glug sound, too! Ugh!

@Whirligig
I'm sorry that the membership of my three households has confused you. Personally, I also feel frustrated when I'm reading along someone else's story and a name pops up and I think: "Seriously, the writer expects me to know who that is?" So I've preceded the newest chapter with a list of all the household members below.
Hope it helps, even temporarily.
And as I mentioned to Whirligig, household sims with the least duties tend to get more screen time. Fitness level is also considered. *coughs

Here are the different households.  Note that you can also check Meet the Contenders/Stats on Page 1 to see the founders/heirs or check the Family Tree links for all the spouses and siblings.

The Benjaminz (Mansion Baron bloodline)
* Jade Benjaminz (founder) and Salim Benali (spouse)
* Gen2 Heir: Moss
* Spare: Fern (sister of Moss)
* Helpers: The Free Spirits (Ulrike Faust and Maiike Haas), Yumiko Murakami (ex-gardener)
* Helper kids: Akiko Faust (daughter of Ulrike/Akira Kibo)

The Mori's (Restaurant/Retail bloodline)
* Shota Mori (founder) and Candy Behr (spouse)
* Gen2 Heir: Murasaki
* Spare: Tamari (Murasaki's twin brother)
* Helpers: Yuki Behr, BFF (Liberty Lee, Travis Scott, Summer Holiday)

The Sciarris (Vampire bloodine)
* Selene Sciarri (founder) and Caleb Vatore (spouse)
* Gen2 Heir: Massimo
* Helpers: Lilith Vatore (Caleb's sister), Diego Lobo, Yumiko Watanabe (ex forest ranger)
* Helper kids: Laszlo Vatore (son of Lilith/Vlad) and  Ilaria Lobo (daughter of Diego/Yumiko)

Would it help if, whenever I start a new week with a household, I first list all the household members?
If you have ideas about how I could help making it easier to keep track of who's who, please don't hesitate to let me know.  ;D

Week 3 with Selene Sciarri, Part III

Tuesday

Selene: People say I've changed lately and blame it on Summer the Stalker, but she's not the sole reason.
You might say that I've embraced my vampire identity more of late.
And let's not forget the fact that I can't buy those two 5-tier powers without becoming a Grand Master!

Selene: Since becoming a Master Vampire, though, my progress to the final rank seems to have slowed to a snail's pace.
I do the occasional friendly Vampire Spar with my offspring which awards us both with vampire power points.

Selene: And, of course, I remain diligent about training my progeny and have begun training Massimo as well.
Yumiko loves the outdoors so, as you might imagine, she's eager to gain the power of Sun Resistance.

Selene: On my path to becoming a Grand Master, I've also started picking (very unfriendly) fights with random vampires out for a stroll.

Selene: I don't really like the random scrapping. I have to pretend my opponent is Summer, mwahahaha!

Wednesday

Massimo: I'm taking a vacation day  from school because I want to finish Nerd Brain asap.
Since Mama is so very close to her next promotion, she skips her pre-work prep, giving me time for a quick trip to Granite Falls.
I seek the wisdom of the Deity of Camping Mascots for crafting my museum items.

Massimo: What? You want to know if I have a girlfriend? Well, no, not yet! However, I've been considering every possibility, believe me!
One thing's for sure, however; this sim I met Tuesday evening at the Arts Quarter will not be on my short list.
And no, I don't waste my time on a long list!

Laszlo: I'm off today, too, because of my birthday yesterday. But Massimo's the heir, so he gets all the attention.
Whatever, I'm almost done with Whiz Kid already!

Laszlo: Papa phones me to invite me over, but there's too much going on over here right now.
Well, actually, Auntie Selene's work and Massimo's requirements take priority over everything else at the moment, so I can't leave the house.

I check my relationship panel and, wow, Papa and I are friends now! That makes me so happy!

Lilith: After nightfall, we all visit Desert Bloom Park so Laszlo and Ilaria can start on Rambunctious Scamp.
As usual, everyone's off doing their thing. My thing, apparently, is continuing to mentor Massimo in Logic. *sighs

Massimo: So, you'll never believe who came and sat down to talk to me!
I've been trying to figure out a way to get to know Morgan better for days.

Massimo: You're looking at the newest member of the Renegades! Now I can rush home and call a club gathering!
Mwahahaha, it's past midnight but the club members are obliged to come over anyway!

But the first thing I do when I get home is phone Jasmine Holiday, who comes over right away.
Just for the heck of it, I ask to drink from her but--dang!--does she get angry!

So I settle for the triple relationship boost…Whoooaaaaa!!!
Next, I call a club gathering of the Renegades...

Massimo: What!? Why am I wearing an astronaut's helmet and just black briefs? Is this the club uniform?
Hmmm, my sims have not been very lucky in terms of club uniforms lately.

Max Villareal: Unbelievably hilarious, amirite? *guffaws
We're hoping that MarianT can shed light on Massimo's unfortunate apparel. *tries not to laugh

Massimo: That's my girl! Morgan agrees to be my BFF, despite whatever this club uniform is supposed to be. I almost prefer the blue tentacles!
Wolfgang: Hey, don't forget to tell everyone that I'm your good friend, too!
Max: I'm tired of laughing at his hairy legs and those red shoes. I'm outta here!

Thursday

Selene: Now that I'm a daywalker, I can brawl in the street even in broad daylight!

Summer: Who's that Selene kidding? She's like, "Oh yeah, I got dese fangs, I'm so all that!"
Why are you always hanging around the Sciarri residence, Summer? You got nothing better to do?

Selene: Step aside folks!  Grand Master coming through! Now, which two five-tier powers should I choose?
Defeated vampire: Let me walk before you to deflect any insects that might fly your way…

Summer: omg, omg, omg! Do you think the Vampire Queen heard what I just said about her?

Selene: Oh, it's you, the vile husband-stalker! Have you no dignity, you shameless hussy?
Summer: Um, wut? I'm just, you know, jogging by! It's a free simverse and you're not the boss of me!
Selene: You're extremely lucky that I must go home now to prepare for work. Otherwise, I'd turn you before you could say "Fang."
You've been forewarned! You've only gained a reprieve today. You will not escape my wrath!

Summer: Ooh, I'm so afraid! Look at me shivering in me timbers!
Uh, actually, Summer, if I were you, I would be very, very afraid…

Friday

Massimo: I finally finished Nerd Brain yesterday. Today, Papa and I get up early and go to the gym in Oasis Springs.
Oddly, no trainer appears so we travel to San Myshuno's Skye Fitness where no trainer arrives for another hour or so. What's up with that?

Massimo: Thanks for mentoring me, Anika. And I appreciate your becoming my good friend, too!
Anika:  Hey, the pleasure's all mine, Massimo.
Don't look now, but who's that sim behind your father, pretending as if she's not staring at him?
Caleb: Oh, for Carl's sake!
Massimo: What a fool! Does she not value her life? Nobody, and I mean nobody, disrespects Mama!

Selene: With my work and all the kids working on their aspirations yesterday, the day passed swiftly.
In fact, I even forgot to tell you that I got promoted to a Level 9 Mad Scientist.
Awwww yeah! We're going to leave our rivals in the dust! Putting the hawt in hot-to-trot for the win!

Massimo: We wait until Mama returns from work then head first to the Spice Festival and then Skye Fitness.
At the Spice Festival, I score an exotic plant. I briefly consider giving this UFO fruit to Papa but, nah, I'll take it with me when I move out!

At Skye Fitness, this is the exact moment when I max my Fitness skill!.

Massimo: I'm starting on my seventh museum item, because this is how I roll, um, how I woodwork…

Anyway, ladies, be sure to stock up on apple slices and carrots, cuz there's a new Italian Stallion in town.
Oh please, Massimo! Get over yourself already!

Honestly, I think I forgot he was premade, too.  I can already tell its going to be a good day  :D   Batting a thousand over here!
But I get you.  I go through the same thing.  I'm still showing off Cam when it's Delaney's time but all she's doing is sitting on a yoga mat and that's no fun!

I'm glad to see Yumiko is working on getting her sun resistance!
Poor Laszlo, finally friends with his dad and having to turn down the invite.

Uh oh, Moss.  I guess Morgan's about to be off the table.  I love his club outfit :D  Actually what I really love is Max over there laughing about it like he just pulled the most brilliant prank.

Nice work, Massimo.

Did Summer earn her buffness?  I'm starting to wonder if it's a bug.

Summer has a death wish.  That's got to be it.
Congrats on having so much success with this bloodline!  I'll miss Lazlo and Ilaria once Massimo moves out, though.  And Yukimo.  Dear, dear Yukimo.  She is a special snowflake  ;=)
