How to change ocean colour of the world - simple

Hi Everyone, I know this has been discussed before but I am not very computer savy. I've read the forums about changing ini files, CAS (what is that?), sp3op? and I don't understand a thing. Do I have to download an additional modifying program?? I just want to be able to change the colour of my sunset valley world to the crystal clear waters of Isla Paradisio. A step by step guide with pictures would be very helpful. Thank you so Much!
