How to get the Simmy Best Actor award? Is this need to complete opportunity?

Now I realize playing the Sims 3 on Mac is playing the game of installation and uninstallation...

I believe it comes at a particular level, but I don't know which one.  I've played both Actor and Director, and neither Sim had to do anything special for the awards.

Don't they have to be very good in their jobs? Like reaching the jobmeter skyhigh? After all you win a price when you are better than good at something compared to others, so that would make sence.
