Kian: I can't believe that ole man Villareal accepted my offer. It was so much lower than his asking price for his land. But I guess when you're in debt, you'll take anything.
Are you sure you want to do this? I mean, I have done a few of these things. They can be tough at times. Kian: I'm sure, with my twin Devon off pursuing his career as a Dr, and plus he's not wanting to settle down anything soon. I'm sure, I need to make sure my family name is cemented. Means something and I was meant for great things.
Well then, let's get started, you need to head out and meet people in the towns and get a few roomies to help out.

Lily: Oh don't mind her, her father is the talk of the town since his wife passed and well lets just say, Her and older brother are the best of the family.
Luna: I can hear everything you say Mrs. Feng. Remember, My father is still your boss.
Kian: Oh my, you are quite good at this. Maybe you could me some lessons.
Lily: Just watch and learn is the best way.
Lucas Munch: Hey Mr., I'm Lucas. What's your name?
Kian: *chuckles* Hello there Lucas. My name is Kian. I'm new to Windenburg. Nice to meet you.
Gianna Bowe: Hello all, Nice to see you again Lily. Ms. Luna and Master Lucas. Welcome to Windenburg Mr. McGraw. I'm the local Community Gardener. If you need any gardening tips feel free to ask.
Kian: Gardener? Well, I just might need you more then you think Ms. Bowes.
Kian: I am looking for someone to be a roomie that can teach me a thing or two about gardening. Someone that can start one and teach the ropes. I'm setting down ropes and laying to grounds for my family's dynasty. It's one of my requirements.
Gianna: Oh yeah, I've read about those things. So I'd have a place to garden, sleep and a family of sorts to live out my days?
Kian: Yes ma'am. You will be a part of the McGraw Family.
Gianna: You have yourself a deal Mr. McGraw.
Kian: Please, call me Kian, all my friends do.
Kian: So Lily, what line of work are you in?
Lily: I am a Manager at Dewey, Cheatem & Howe Incorporated.
Luna: So when will your wife be joining you Mr. Kian?
Kian: As of right now, there is now Mrs. McGraw.
Luna: *blushes* I thought that someone like you would already have a wife. To bad.
Kian: Well, I hope to rectify that soon but not too soon. I am looking for Mrs right.
Well, she left rather fast. I wonder what got into her? Gianna: Oh, we have a watcher too?? Great. Does this mean I can get a makeover?

Lily: Well, as for that young Luna. I believe she smitten with you Kian.
Kian: Oh no, she is much too young.
Lily: Not really, she in her last yr of High School. She will be a Young Adult soon, I'd watch out for that young lady.
Kian: *chuckles* I doubt that she likes me. She is serious upset with my purchase of her family land and at such a cheap price.
Kian: Plus, all I'm concerned about right now is setting up my home. Getting up my skills and finding a job/career. Science is my love.
Gianna: Well you're in luck then. We have a wonderful Science lab. Wonderful place to work from what I hear.
Kian: Great to know. I'll read up on it on my phone later.
Cooking something good?Kian: Grilled Cheese.. I hope..
Kian: A little secret spice. And then we serve then up and hope for the best.
Kian: Pretty good if I say so.
Well Gianna needs to eat. Where is she? 
Kian: She is out back planting some stuff for the garden. Doing what she loves.
Don't work to long, Kian has some grilled cheese ready for dinner. Gianna: Okay, I just wanted to get started. We need some fruits and veggies for cooking around here.
