Recovering a lost Sims character

I was in the middle of creating a couple of sims characters when all of sudden my coumputer crashed is there a way I can recover these characters because I worked so hard on them. I didn't get a chance to save them either.

No, there is nothing you can do. Don't forget to save even unfinished sims so you can recover them in case where the game crashes again.
