Origin Install Problems (Mac)

Hi guys! It's been a while! I'm doing a clean uninstall/reinstall on my mac and I'm having some problems installing some of my EPs and SPs with origin. I'm installing them
Back in one at a time. When I go to install sometimes it pops up the game code which I have to type in and everything installs fine. But sometimes I click on download and it instantly pops up a different window showing me how much space it will take up. So if I follow the prompts from this screen, it will show its downloading on origin, it will take much longer than the other way, and when it's finished, it never actually downloads. The problem is, I can't get it to come up the way that works. I've tried logging out of origin and back in. I've also tried restating my computer, and it doesn't work. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm about half way through my EP's and SP's but I'm at a standstill with the bad download option. Thanks!

Such a slow download that never installs suggests this might be caused by firewall settings. Have you change the firewall settings, or do you have any kind of antivirus or another software of the same kind ? And are you certain that there is no malware running in background ?
Is it possible that you might have installed MacKeeper ? It's malware.
Can you please go to applications -> utilities, open Activity Monitor, file -> print, PDF - save as PDF and post the document ?

Just to update everyone here I have realized my issue. Origin wants me to download the game, then install it. If I wait for the download then click download again, it prompts me to install the game using the code. ( I also uninstalled everything before I realized this, but I don't think that really made a difference) But,  I have a new issue. Seasons and supernatural are not showing me the code still. It says no_cd_key in place of their codes. Anyone know how to fix this?

You may need to contact EA for help with this issue. As Origin should already have the codes, unless you haven't registered those games with Origin?

Thanks Mrs. Flynn! Good to see you! I did have to contact EA through Thaler chat service and they have the codes to me as well as %15 off my next EA purchase! Looks like I'll be winning it up this summer again!

Yay!! I'm happy to hear you were able to get help with the game codes.

If I'm not mistaken, Tapatalk may have been disabled for the time being, due to issues between it and the forum. I'll check with Carl and get back to you.
