Where to buy the mausoleum in Late Night?

OK, I have a question to ask. Currently my Sim is the owner of the graveyard in Bridgetown and the current level of the property is 2. It is stated that to reach the next level, I have to buy the mausoleum. But I can't seem to find it in buy mode.

Does anyone have any idea how and where to buy a second mausoleum in Late Night? Thanks!

The Mausoleum is found in Build Mode --> Community Objects. I can not remember if it is in the Buildings or Misc Objects. But I think you will find it in the Buildings Section.
