I finally got around to purchasing Sims 4 last week. I couldn't wait to give the new challenges a go!
Gold - 3 x 5 = 15
Silver - 16 x 3 = 48
Bronze - 3 x 1 = 3
Total = 66

I am glad to be simming again.

Deja Vu did nothing but eat, sleep and party (but mostly party) through her short young adulthood.

As of aging up to adult, Deja had thrown 39 gold parties (39*5=195) and one silver party (1*3=3).

Total= 198

I love the short challenges. Here is what I got

   Greetings simmer friends;

After a couple of "hiccups", i started my Party Animal 2017 challenge last night. (First, i created a young adult sim from scratch, moved in to San Myshuno, however game time was Sunday - 10.50 pm, confused first, a new game should start at Mon. 8:00 am, then i realyzed i clicked at "Create A new Household to..."button instead of "Start New Game" - Plus icon at right top corner. Spent half an hour to wear - create my sim in C.A.S., so i started a new game file from scratch, loaded my party host Y.A. from my library ---with no skill and aspiration pts at all---, i think i didnt violated the rules. My 2nd problem was with cheats, somehow i couldnt manage to use "testingcheats true" -- my every attempt failed with a Unknown command message---- then i typed freerealestate on, moved to a residential furnished at cost 244.000, then i used motherlode's - kaching's to have 756 k. in total household wealth.)

Hah, long story short my saved gamefile is clear and legal, i guess.

My very first message to the forums btw, i havent played a challenge since The Sims 3 - 10 generations legacy challenge. (I did quit that legacy at 7th gen., lol, i was so upset my sims were not stop leaving Sunset Valley)

I wasn't sure at first about playing on short life span, but turned out it was perfect. Didn't have time to get bored with doing the same thing over and over. Great idea!

I sent a PM to the Challenge Team but haven't gotten a reply, I think it's because it didn't send to everyone as I got an error message when I sent it, saying that some members could not be found. I think it's because I didn't use full usernames for everyone. (Ie: Metro instead Metropolis Man).

Should I try sending my query again or wait?  I don't mean to be impatient, I know you guys are busy, but I may have accidently disqualified myself and I need to know before I carry on. (I don't think I did but I'm not sure).

Hi, I've played along with these challenges for a while without posting, but thought I'd join in this year!

Anyway, I wasn't sure the correct thing to do with money so I did a similar approach to Noyo as I also couldn't use the cheat on the neighbourhood screen, except I then bought an empty lot and built a house.

My final score:
Gold 14 = 70 points
Silver 11 = 33 points

Total 103

I didn't do a practice run but I can see why people do, I think I could have had a better attempt if I'd have thought it through more instead of jumping in, but it was fun and I'll try to participate in some more!
