Changing Competitor's Delight Stadium from "Stadium" to "Equestrian Center"

Hello!

As the title says, I want to change Competitor's Delight Stadium from "Stadium" to "Equestrian Center". I was Able to change it from the s3pe by editing its objk's string. It did became an equestrian center but my sim wont enter the rabbit hole. he just keeps cancelling the action. Is there another thing i need to do? And can i ask is it possible to make it a unique CC? in which i can still use the Competitor'd Delight Stadium as a stadium?
