Child Applying Makeup at the Vanity Table

What do your good (or bad) results of children applying make-up look like.  The 2 Sim girls in my main family are 6 days from aging up (or they would age up in 6 days, if I still had aging on.)  Both of them received the glamorous moodlet for a job well done.  Maybe a good outcome partially has to do with how far through their childhood they are.
