2017 building contest schedule

Will there be a TS4 building contest in 2017?...just wondering.  That would be awesome, but I understand if no one has time to run it.  Thanks .

How in the heck did I miss this thread? @coolsim9999999 there's always a possibility - I can't guarantee they'll return, but they may. Popularity dropped off in the last few contests, so if there's more demand, I'm more than happy to run it again.

Seems like everyone is playing Sims 4 now and no longer interested in Sims 3, to bad since I know a lot of simmers still play 3. It would be nice to see a contest or two for Sims 3

I'm glad that you'd be happy to do building contests again --- if enough members want to participate . That would be awesome!

We're hoping to do things a little differently this year and are moving towards keeping TS3 and TS4 quite separate. Hopefully you'll be keen to keep the reins on the TS3 side of things @Seabody ? I've got the ball rolling on the TS4 side of things.

OK so we are going to completely separate The Sims 3 and The Sims 4 Building Contests/Challenges this year. Seabody is continuing with the Sim3 side of things and I am going to be focused on The Sims 4 side of things.

Each will be completely independent of each other and have their own general rules and as far as The Sims 4 Contests go each will have it's own specific rules for each contest.

I'll have something exciting up for the first challenge for Building in The Sims 4 in 2017 very soon.
