@Rangervegas Nope. The trait is ... "isWeirdo" lol
It is like the hidden maid trait etc. It came with City Living and basically forces sims in the San Myshuno world to be a city 'weirdo'.
These sims wear the weirdest outfits and have some of the animation idles of insane sims without actually needing the insane trait. I know this as I took one onto CAS and gave him a make-over before I realized the game used him like this. I thought he would just make a cute townie to keep around. He is a game generated townies and his traits are non-committal, dance machine and active as assigned by the game.
So the hidden trait 'isWeirdo' adds these 'weird' behaviours and clothes but the rest of the time the sim is just normal. When he turns up to my sims club meetings and/or parties he is completely ordinary and wears the clothes I gave him in CAS. When the game pushes him to be a 'weirdo' he wanders the streets in a green top hat, black shorts and workers boot. Poor guy.
These sims don't really do anything but add to the developers vision of city life I guess, oh and add a raccoon costume to the sims at times too.
