I can't post to my topic??

Even though the body is filled, it's claiming the body of my message is empty and I can't post to the topic.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

It's working for me - can you post the exact error message you're getting?

That is in a red box above the text box.

And the body message itself is outlined in red.

Edit: I can post if I just type into the box, but it seems that the copy-pasted chapter to my story is failing.

Try logging out of the forum. Clearing your browser's cache and logging back in to see if that helps.

Alright, I ended up just having to use a different image hoster (photobucket) than the one built in. Thank you all!

Ah, yes. We've been having reports that the built-in system is kinda buggy from time to time. Trying to add too many photos at a time may do that.

How many is too many? We're not real sure yet.

I was going to suggest trying to add a little of your story at a time. After you see your story and photos posting okay, edit the post to add more.

This really is very strange, haven't ever heard of a problem like this. You said you used a different image host though, it did work with copy/paste and just switching image hosts allowed you to post the text?

Sorry for reopening a thread from 2014 - but I'm having the same problem. Can't reply to my own post. It was working fine copy-pasting my story before, now all the sudden it won't work. I tried clearing my cache + history, restarting computer, waiting a day, nothing has worked. Any advice?

EDIT: I played around with posting a little bit and figured out a few things. First, I copy-pasted all the text with no images and posted that. Then I went back in to fill in the images. I think the photo attachments are the issue. I had 15 pics total (I usually have more, so I don't think total amount is the issue), but I had 6 pics in a row. When I deleted some of those (I kept only 3), I could post it.

Just raising attention to this issue in case anyone else has it!

Can you get the file size of one of your images? Should be easy enough right clicking > properties on windows.
