To get keystones to allow access to some tombs, you need to get started on the correct quest lines.  Every tomb can be accessed, some you need to start or finish a specific quest series to gain access.

So if you go explore a tomb and are stopped by an unknown keystone, complete your current quest line (to be thorough) and then get other quest adventures started.  Eventually given enough time, you will quest your way through them all.

By the way... I HIGHLY recommend hitting China and grabbing the Battle Dummy and Board Breakers before going too far as a tomb raider.  While mummies are slow, they can really throw a wrench into your gameplan if you get caught and killed or cursed.
Right. How can we not recommend getting the most basic level of martial arts. It's just too valuable to be able to zip around and be ready to tackle a mummy once in a while.

Only downside is how long it takes to get zeneport enabled.  Meditation for 3 hurs?  Unless I am stuck or need to get to that island in France, I could crawl to my destination faster.  I haven't medded (sounds like getting mana back in old Everquest) enough to get the MOM achievement, but does that speed up the zeneportation time?  Being able to have meditation get rid of all your negative moods (or rejuvenate all your motives like the old magic chair from SIMS 2 did) would be a great thing.  Have a hidden skill score (like playing pool was in SIMS 2) that lets you rejuvenate faster.

I always imagined a martial artist would be like Chun from Remo Williams....  Where he could meditate and never have to really sleep.  ZEN at its best.

Master of Meditation changes it fundamentally. The moment you get the moodlet from meditating you can use it, the more focus (aka moodlet hours) you stock up, the more often you can teleport. It seems to knock off about 15 minutes each time, but it greatly reduces the time you'll need to be spend meditating to do one single teleport. Need to go there and back? Stock up about 1 hour of the meditative focus moodlet.

Horky, I'm with you on meditation. The benefits are weak given the time investment. But, what you're suggesting is pretty far-fetched. How is meditation supposed to realistically fill a Sim's stomach with food? Or relieve their bladder? A better skill building bonus I can totally buy into. But, filling up all the needs bars just from meditating seems like a big stretch.

Could someone help?  I'm in the Market Caverns looking for the key to Dong Huo's trove.  I've mourned at the gravestones and gotten a hole to inspect (it had coins in it) and I've found a secret door with a treasure chest that contained a Chinese Vase, but no key.  I can't find any more secret doors or anything that I haven't already interacted with.  Help?

Okay, so just in case anyone is still wondering about this, I've recently finished the quest and I can answer. In order to open the door in the hall you have to pull the torch in the room with the nectar racks, this will open a secret door that will lead to a room with several nectar bottles on the floor and a diving well. Explore the well and you will find the fourth crescent key. It will shut off the steam trap which will allow you to move the stone objects. You push the red one back one which will open the door. I hope this helps to anyone still hoping, because this was driving me nuts lol :)

I seem to have some kind of glitch with this quest. Found everything with no trouble and no guides. Got the the room with the highlighedt treasure chest and opened it only to find the relic is not there. It contained other items. But I apparently do not have the relic dispite collecting everything.
