Dine out & city living expansions

Hi,
I haven't played the sims 4 am awful lot because I wasn't particularly impressed with the 'get to work' expansion. Today I looked to see what expansions have been released since I purchased get to work and I love the look of 'dine out' and 'city living'.
I was thinking about purchasing both, but was wondering if it's possible to live in an apartment and own a resturant in the same neighbourhood? In city living, are there still 5 ish lots per neighbourhood?

Hi @Minimadj  Welcome to the forum. You can turn any lot into a restaurant lot so I can't see why you couldn't bulldoze a lot in a neighborhood in City Living and build or place a restaurant there. Obviously City Living hasn't been released yet but there is an interactive map that you can look at all the lots on.  I don't think there are empty lots in San Myshuno but it should be easy enough to bulldoze one of the non-apartment lots.
