CAS and Build/Buy mode lag

Whenever I click on another button in CAS/Build/Buy mode (EX, Lamps, Pants, Makeup, ect) I get lag. Most of these I can ignore except when I'm trying to choose clothes. Whenever I click on shirts, pants, outfits, etc, I get extreme lag. It takes me 5 minutes to load up all my clothes. I do have a lot of CC (About 3GB), but I've never noticed this problem before. I've tried deleting cache files, screenshots, featured items, DC backup, but nothing seems to work.
Help...?

I found some  CC and deleted it and it sped up the lag by about a minute. I have all expansion packs and I have high loft stuff and movie stuff. I delete stuff from the launcher, not the file, if that matters.

Do consider the more content you have in the game regardless if it's expansions, stuff packs, store content, custom content and/or mods the more CAS and Build/Buy mode will stutter and lag. There is not much you can really do to relieve this issue other than keep the extra content to a minimum. (This is due to the way the game handles additional content.) Specially if you're playing on a laptop or a lower end or mid range  computer.
