Plant an herb garden in Edit Town?

Hello How do I plant fruit trees and plant vegetable ,herb garden in edit town mode trying too do park with  this in it that is  already grown tried to plant fruit just left on top of dirt how to make it grow thank you areare50

Hi @areare50  Welcome to the forum.
I'm not sure how to do it in build mode. In live mode you could spawn (cheat) in any seed that you want and then get your controlled sim to plant them. They will still need to grow. There are some fruit trees that are available with the bb.showhiddenobjects cheat but not all the plants.

I think this is all the base game plants. I have a few more for Outdoor Retreat if you want those too.
