Changing my Pre-made Sim's gender
« on: August 10, 2016, 10:12:09 PM »
I have a pre-made family. Well, the parents are. They had kids and the oldest just aged up to teen. I went in to CAS to change her gender options and it told me that it is not available on pre-made sims. I was under the impression that I could do this for all sims regardless of whether or not they were pre-made.

What version of Sims (Sims 1, Sims 2, Sims 3, or Sims 4) are you playing because I can maybe help you.

I tried it myself in two separate saves (a fresh one with the Calientes + one of my old Immortal Dynasty saves, where my founder's wife was a pre-made) and all the gender customization options were available no matter what. I can't find any other posts online about a similar issue, so I'm out of feedback for now. :-\

@xXGamerGirl85Xx: Considering that they're posting the Sims 4 General Discussion board, about a TS4-specific feature (i.e. the gender customization options for frame/reproduction/peeing), it's safe to assume that this is a TS4 issue. :)

You would need to use the cheat "cas.fulleditmode" to change the gender options in CAS once you have left CAS after making any sim. To change them in game without using cheats just click on a dresser and choose 'change sim'.
