Which PC is Better?

Hi, so recently I've been looking for a gaming PC that interests me. I just want to know which one can give me a bang for my buck. One's a desktop and the other is a laptop, if that changes anything. I only have 4 expansions packs and I don't plan on getting more besides Seasons. I'm more focused towards CC.  Also, this has nothing to do with the question but when I updated my game a few months back it made a duplicate icon and I don't know if I should delete it.

Comparing by specs the desktop is better. As it has a slightly better graphics card, faster hard drive. The game will overall perform better on a desktop.

However, with this desktop, it is very strongly recommended to buy a better power supply as the supplies that come with most budget gaming pcs are under powered for actual gaming. This can cause damage to the system due to over-stressing the power supply.
