Change a custom lot to normal home lot

Hello all, perhaps someone can help me out a bit.

I have been trying to solve a issue in my game. I want to remove the Windenburg island lot, not sure tbh what its named in your game but for me it is "öns klippor", perhaps Cliff Island or something like that - and make it to a normal house/family lot.

Have used several cheats I have found but nothing removes the community setting and gives me permission to move a family on to it.

Unfortunately at this time there isn't a way to change the lot type of the 3 special venue lots in Windenburg. (The ruins, the Von Haunt Estate and the bluffs.)
