Playing on the jungle gym problem

I have a child whose aspiration is "motor". he needs to play on a jungle gym while playful. I have had him do this several times and it has not registered it for his achievements. I have tried deleting the jungle gym and re-purchasing it but that did not work. He has also play on it while at a park and no changes. Any advice?

I'm not sure if this will help, but have you tried resetting the household or Sim?

I think it is the spaceship as opposed to the pirate ship that completes this. It's been sometime since I've done this aspiration though so I can't quite remember.

I've completed on both the spaceship and pirate ship but the easiest way I've found to do it is to have it in the back reaches of the lot (if you have room). And to place a few my sims statues all around with their playful aura enabled. Eventually it kicks in and after some time it will complete.


What have you been using to get the playful mood and what trait does the child have?

Well, I deleted that and all my other families. Decided to start over so I could share my story here. I've never done it and I want to try. Am I nuts? lol

I hope I did not upset anyone by re-starting my sim. I just started playing and learning the different things you can do in sims 4. I practice on one, then begin again when I fail.

so, I'm having the same issue. I tried taking him to the park. He had the playful moodlet, yet it did not register.  His ambition is rambunctious Scamp and his trait is active.
