Sim looks black in CAS/Items not showing up (Mods/CC Related?)

So I was feeling like completely starting over so I deleted all custom content and completely wiped the game from my computer. Then I downloaded and reinstalled the game. Now all of a sudden my sim is showing up completely black, clothes included. Some of the selections are black too, or they're not showing up at all. I do not currently have any cc installed.

You didn't mention what your system specs are. So best we can suggest is:

And that you don't have mods installed either. Other than that we're not sure what to suggest.
