Living room, kitchen/dining room, office and one bedroom on main floor. Nursery, kid/teen rooms and extra (double bed) bedroom, library in basement. Along with an extra big unfurnished room for skill/hobby items or whatever you'd like.
The area in the middle of the house has been left undecorated, so it can be used for anything you'd like as well. Put a flower garden or maybe use it as an outdoor gym.
