Nami: So...this is it? This is where I start out?

Yes I know, it's an empty lot. But you've got to see the potential! You've got your whole future ahead of you.
Nami: Yeah yeah, I get to start my very own Dynasty. Like on the forums you read...a lot. I know the rules, I know the work I've got to pull off.
But...but...
Nami: Just teasing! I like the challenge and the prospect of living to see my family grow. Let's get started shall we?

Chapter 1: Helpers and Money Cows Wanted

Nami: So according to the stories, I've got to get me some homeless helpers and some money.
If you don't want to live on your lawn for the first couple of weeks, that would be wise.
And as for helpers, you don't really need them.
Nami: I want them. I said I like the challenge but I'm not planning on doing all the hard work myself you know.
To the park it is.


Nami: Hi, I'm Nami and I need some helpers for my Dynasty.
Eh...that's not the helper I had in mind..and he's not homeless. You should focus on getting a gardener and a fisherman/woman.
Nami: But he looked like a homeless guy...


Let's talk to the lady with the grumpy face. She looks like a decent helper.

- After an introduction and a few friendly interactions -

Nami: So you see, I will be a star and I need some Sims to help me achieve that goal.

Katlyn: You will be a star huh? And what about me? What do you have to offer?
Nami: You will get a house to live in, all the fishing time you want, a Watcher to help you fulfill your whims, in short: a life.
        *Should have gone with the not-homeless guy...he doesn't seem to be that demanding*

Katlyn: It does beat living on the street. And as long as you promise to treat me like a Sim, I'm in!
Nami: Splendid! Move in with me and see if you can round up a gardener....please.

- Meet Katlyn Spears, Creative / Good / Self-Assured / Collector and level 10 in the Fishing skill. -
- And meet Marisa Walker, Evil / Outgoing / Squeamish / Quick-Learner and level 10 in the Gardening skill.-

Katlyn: I was just invited to live with the woman with blueish hair. She promised me all my whims, fishing time as my heart
            desires and, most importantly, a house. I can see you're in the gardening profession.
            She needs a gardener and you seem to be in need of a home. Care to join us?
Marisa: Why not? I just hope I won't need to garden all the time, I don't really like the weeds..and the bugs..and the sprouts..
One fisher woman and one gardener, check.


Nami: Hi, hey, hello.
Paolo: Hi there. You look like someone I can write songs about. The colorful lady with the timid look.
Nami: What timid look? I was just checking to see if you could be potential spouse material. *blush*
- Paolo starts jogging and doesn't look back -
Nicely done...
Nami: Ow shut up.

Geoffrey: You don't need to convince me. I know the drill. You're a Dynasty founder and you need money.
Nami: *stunned*
Geoffrey: I'm willing to move my family in with you. Just help my family get their act together.
Nami: Done!

You must love to build.  The house is quite incredible for a Week 1 home, lol.
I don't think my sims ever lived in a house that gorgeous until the end of the dynasty. Okay, not even then...

Looking forward to seeing what kind of trouble Nami gets into.

When I comment on chapter one the pictures showed up, now they aren't. Anyway, the house is amazing, you're a great builder! I love how open it is indoors and I hadn't thought to add a garden shed before.

I really love to build, but they're not my original ideas. I look for floor plans online and recreate them in game.

Chapter 3: Moving Fast

- Once everyone settled into their new home, the helper-girls started with their helper-duties -

Katlyn: Yeah I am. It's so quiet and serene here, you can really hear yourself think.

Katlyn: Now go away please, I think I've got a big one here!

Marisa: You'll have a house, she said. You'll get your whims, she said.
Not liking the garden Marisa?
Marisa: Ow the garden is just fine, but I hate it.
Uh...oké?
Marisa: I didn't get a whim to garden, did I? But you're making me garden just the same! And I hate to garden!

Look who's here! I never would have thought he would come to visit. Nami! Get out here!
Paolo: Hi again. You were too intriguing to stay away from. Can we talk?
Nami: Hi...eh...sure. I'm sorry about what happened at the park. I thought for sure I scared you off.
Paolo: Nah, I don't get scared so easily. About being potential spouse material...

Nami: I didn't mean it like that! You see, I've started a Dynasty. Like the ones my Watcher reads. I plan to go through all
          the requirements at a fast pace, while I also write everything down. I'm a history geek and I like to keep my family's
          story preserved for the future. So all of Simkind can read about my awesome Dynasty.

Paolo: I see. I've heard about these Dynasties, but I didn't think they were happening here. It sounds more of a big city thing.
           So at the park, all you were doing is seeing if anyone would join yours?
Nami: Yes! And you look like a great guy! And I really like your tattoo *blush*.
Paolo: Thanks, I like yours too.

Nami: So...would you like to join my Dynasty? You can do whatever you want, as long as you also help me off course.

Paolo: I would like to write songs, about you maybe...
           But I've got a career to think about too, I want to be a Professional Athlete.
Nami: You can do all that, we've got all the work-out equipment you need and some music instruments you can use whenever
          you like. I like it when a man takes good care of his body...ehm himself. And I like your creative side.

Paolo: Oké, I'll join. But under one condition. Would you be my girlfriend? Maybe I can help you move this Dynasty along *wink*.

Nami: You would? Paolo, you're the best! You know...we've got a hot tub in the backyard and you seem a little tense.
Paolo: Now that you mention it, I am a bit tense. A hot bath would do me good.
And we all know where this leads.

Chapter one is showing up again =D What is a squeamish gardener like? I had a squeamish angler that would squee and run off after every single fish was caught and it was not working out. Nami and Paolo are a cute couple!
