1. Go into the lot you want to edit. (Build/Buy)
2. Press Shift-Ctrl-C together to bring up the cheat console, and type in testingcheatsenabled on.
3. Bring up the cheat console again and type in buydebug on
4. While in buydebug, Buy mode you should be able to find the season lot marker.
If you're wanting to find a new Season lot marker. Click the ? (question mark) button and while in buydebug mode, click the Misc. Objects tab. The marker can be found about mid-way down the list. It cannot be found with the Filter by feature. As it doesn't have a Season icon on it.
